Pros -location and the resort ,cons-non functioning of the pool which was very disappointing
The property was good and the plus point is ,it is right next to the beach with easy access,breakfast was good
The pool was under maintenance and non functional and the same was not informed to us before hand nor was it mentioned anywhere in the website .The main reason we booked that hotel was the pool which was disappointing and the location and we were very disappointed as the hotel did not bother to inform us beforehand neither were the other customers also informed us. To compensate they have provided an access to the pool in an other property of their same chain which was just 250meters from there . We felt it is the minimum courtesy of the hotel management to inform about basic things to the customers as we pay a decent amount for the stay

Fantastic location with everything you would need.
Great location and easy to get around the resort. The pool and common areas were fantastic.
Unfortunately service at the lobby wasn’t as easy or received as well when asking for help, organise airport transfers and trying to pay our final bill. I’m going to place a lot of this down to not understanding English as well.

The way it was charged stay was just ok nothing great
Location
Costing while blocking hotel tax value on booking.Com was 10k and while checking in the hotel it increased to 15k which was not unacceptable but was travelling with family so didn’t have more options @ night also my special request was also not horned while checking out time cause my flight was @ night and they asked to check out @ 1 afternoon travelling with kids gets challenging with such rigid behaviour from hotel people
